Distribution and Logistics Management program enables participants to optimally plan and execute the strategic, operational and tactical components that support the movement of goods across the entire value chain, thereby ensuring that they arrive at customers on time and on budget. Participants will learn how to define and solve the distribution problem and manage the execution of the plan to provide value to the bottom line and enhance the return on investment in this increasing competitive area.
