Managers in public sector organizations do not generally have a great deal of experience in using performance indicators. However, reform programme are changing this aspect of management and more informed approaches to resource allocation and control are being adopted.
This course seeks to address the question “what has been achieved and at what cost” in public sector organizations? Furthermore, it addresses critical developmental and transparency issues in government.
