Contract negotiation is a regular feature of oil and gas business transactions. At each step in the value chain, varieties of contracts are being negotiated and brought to closure. Sometimes, this involves a maze of complex and long drawn agreements<\/p><p>This course draws the elements that make it essential that upstream oil and gas industry firms entering into contracts
